Frankly speaking, I’m a bit sceptical  about using this idea of face reading to determine personality simply because people cannot change and have no control over their physical features while our personality changes over time and is developed throughout life.

Appearances are deceptive. It is a common truth; practically everyone has met at least someone whose character and appearance differ radically.
When one sees a tall, broad-shouldered youth, one expects him to be strong-willed and brave. One thinks: 'A model to follow!' How often a good-looking individual turns out to be petty, weak-willed or even cowardly.
At the same time everyone knows that a lot of great people were of a poor build: short and fragile. It did not stop them from displaying intelligence and courage. Ingenuity does not depend on one's complexion or constitution.

For myself I actually don’t believe in face reading but body language is a completely different thing as scientists claim that 50 percent of information on a person’s character is conveyed through non-verbal communication. Changes in your body position and movements, your mime and gestures can show what you are feeling or thinking. For instance, people who look to the sides a lot are nervous, lying, or distracted. A fast foot tapping, shifting of weight will most often mean that the person is impatient, excited, scared or intimidated.
So if you have an important meeting or an interview you should think carefully how to behave. When we meet someone, we make decisions based on our first impression and, as you know, first impressions are the most lasting.

Friendship
There is no denying the fact that a person can`t live in isolation. It is essential for the human being to have a friend with whom one can be sincere and outspoken. It helps a lot when you know that there is someone thoughtful of you and not indifferent to you in this vast world.
It`s great to think that there is someone who will stand by you in any situation, someone to turn to for help and advice, who will tell you the bitter truth, if necessary.
The more we love our friends, the less we flatter them. Remember the old saying: “A friend`s frown is better than an enemy`s smile”. True friend is someone we cherish greatly. But true friends are not so easy to come by.
More often we make friends with people with whom we have a lot in common. It`s pleasant to spend time with someone who shares your opinion, who has the similar interests. But sometimes friends greatly differ in character. No wonder extremes meet, as they say and they combine well to form a balanced whole.

Russia’s Educational System

Citizens of Russia have the right to education which is guaranteed by the Constitution. The public educational system in our country incorporates pre-school, general school, specialized secondary and higher education.

Pre-school includes creches[1] and kindergartens. Children there learn numbers, letters, colours. But pre-school education isn’t compulsory - children can get it at home.

Compulsory education is for children from 6(7) to 17 years of age. The main link in the system of education is the general school which prepares the younger generation for life and work in modern society. There are various types of schools: general secondary schools, schools specializing in a certain subject, lyceums and others. Tuition in most of them is free of charge, but some new types of schools are fee-paying.

The term of study in a general secondary school is 11 years and consists of primary, middle and upper stages. Children are accepted to the first grade at the age of 6 or 7. They are taught, ideally, by a single teacher through all four elementary grades (except for physical training and foreign languages). At the middle stage of a secondary school the children learn the basic laws of nature and society at the lessons of History, Algebra, Literature, Physics and many others. The school year extends from September 1 to the end of May and is divided into three or four terms. The Study Programme in schools is fixed. Students are graded on a 5-step scale, ranging in practice from 2 ("unacceptable") to 5 ("excellent"); 1 is a rarely used sign of extreme failure.

After 9th form pupils have to sit for examinations. Also, they have a choice between entering the 10th grade of a general secondary school and enrolling in a specialized secondary or vocational school. After finishing the 11th form of a secondary school all pupils have to take Unified State Examinations. One, who finishes the secondary school, receives a Secondary Education Certificate, giving the right to enter any higher educational establishment.
